We’re a family-run business with a big passion for pets, people and gardens. Our story began in 1990 with the opening of our first pet shop. Since then, we’ve grown to run two pet shops in Bury St Edmunds and Halstead, and in 2003 we proudly took on a much-loved pet and garden shop in Ely.

The Ely store has a rich heritage, recently celebrating 100 years of trading in the city and we’re thrilled to carry on its wonderful history.

Our shops are all about making life better – for pets and for people. We stock everything you need for your furry, feathered or scaley friends, but that’s only half the story. Our Ely shop is also packed with everything from plants, seeds and compost to tools, bird feeder and seasonal essentials. Whether you’re creating a wildlife friendly space, tending to your veg patch or just brightening up your garden with a few new blooms, our friendly team is always happy to help.

Being family-run means we put people, pets and communities first. Over the years we’ve been lucky enough to get to know so many loyal customers (and their four-legged friends) and we love being part of their lives – whether it’s helping choose the right food for a new puppy or finding the perfect plants to bring a garden to life.
