These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Milpets (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase products from our website.
We currently deliver to customers within Mainland UK only.
You may create an account to make shopping easier and to view your order history.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where these Terms are breached or fraudulent activity is suspected.
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.
Images are provided for illustration only and colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from the products supplied.
If you purchase plants or other living products, natural variations in size, colour and seasonal appearance should be expected.
All products are subject to availability.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available on our website.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
We currently deliver to Mainland UK only.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Some heavy or bulky products may only be available through our local van delivery service. Where this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
If no one is available to accept delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for a rearranged delivery where permitted.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.
Consumers have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this period.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Returned products must be unused and returned, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

If your goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
We are an authorised retailer of official HTA Gift Cards.
HTA Gift Cards are issued by the Horticultural Trades Association and are subject to the HTA’s own terms and conditions.
We do not currently issue our own gift cards.
Discount codes remain our property and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Unless expressly stated, only one promotional offer or discount code may be used per order.
Promotions cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and branding, belongs to or is licensed to us.
You may view, download or print content for your personal use only.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your information will be processed to fulfil your order and comply with our legal obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
